Job Description

- Manage customer enquiries related to product issues, defects, replacements, warranties, and returns. - Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers to resolve after-sales issues, including repairs, replacements, and order discrepancies. - Follow up on outstanding cases and keep customers informed of the progress until resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer cases, resolutions, and supplier communications. - Source and purchase products based on business requirements. - Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, purchase orders, pricing, and product availability. - Track procurement activities and follow up on production progress to meet project timelines. - Communicate professionally with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers regarding production, product specifications, quality issues, shipping arrangements, and after-sales matters. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure effective collaboration. - Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, product specifications, pricing, and supplier documentation. - Maintain organised procurement records, supplier databases, and related documentation. - Assist with process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, or after-sales support is preferred. - Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Good problem-solving and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
