Photo Editor & Short-Form Content Creator (Full-Time) (Up to SGD$600)

They create cinematic, authentic imagery for couples, families and people celebrating meaningful moments with a strong emphasis on storytelling, aesthetics and personality. Role Overview We’re looking for a Photo Editor & Short-Form Content Creator to join our creative team. This role is primarily focused on photo editing, but we’re also looking for someone who is interested in creating TikTok / Instagram Reels content and helping us turn our work behind the scenes into engaging stories.

Photo Editing - Edit and colour-grade wedding, pre-wedding, family and lifestyle photography. - Develop consistent colours and tones that align with The Onlookers' visual identity. - Perform basic skin retouching and image clean-up while keeping images natural and authentic. - Select and curate strong images from shoots for client galleries and social media. - Work with photographers to understand the creative direction and intended mood of each shoot. - Maintain consistency across a full set of images while still allowing each shoot to have its own character. - Organise and manage image files efficiently. TikTok / Reels Content - Assist in creating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram. - Turn behind-the-scenes footage, photoshoots and everyday studio moments into engaging short-form content. - Edit short-form videos with strong pacing, music, captions and storytelling. - Help develop content ideas based on current TikTok / Reels trends while keeping them aligned with The Onlookers' brand. - Experiment with different formats such as BTS, educational content, storytelling, photographer POVs, client stories and trend-based videos. Creative Contribution - Contribute ideas to improve how we present our work online. - Stay up to date with visual trends, editing styles and short-form content formats. - Work closely with photographers, videographers and the creative team. - Help us continuously experiment with new ways to tell stories through photography and video.

- Strong understanding of Lightroom / Photoshop or equivalent photo-editing software. - Good eye for colour, composition and visual storytelling. - Ability to maintain a consistent editing style. - Basic understanding of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. - Interest in TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content. - Strong attention to detail. - Able to work independently and manage deadlines. - Willingness to learn and experiment. Great if you have: - Experience editing wedding, pre-wedding, lifestyle or portrait photography. - Experience creating TikTok / Reels content. - An understanding of how social media content performs. - Basic filming skills. - A strong personal creative style. - Experience with motion graphics, subtitles or simple animations. Working With Us You'll be working closely with our photographers and creative team, getting exposure to both the production and post-production side of a creative studio.
