Talent Acquisition Specialist (Competitive Salary)

Crossworks Myanmar is looking for an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team.

- Determine technical staffing needs and job requirements in consultation with clients - Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify potential candidate profiles for various technical positions - Administer (alongside/on behalf of our clients) thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate technical skills, relevant experiences, and cultural fit - Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience and acting as a brand ambassador for the company - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment including but not limited to salary norms and expectations, and make appropriate suggestions to our clients based on their hiring needs - Assist team members with other ad hoc tasks including non technical hires as and when such a requirement arises

- At least 1-2 years of proven experience (with tangible results) in technical hiring (either directly or on behalf of clients/external stakeholders) - Advanced English speaker - Strong understanding of technical roles, coding languages/stacks, and terminology - Embodies the values of being exceptional/excellent, resourceful, transparent, and empathetic - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, clients, and candidates. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines - Passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends
