Crossworks Myanmar is looking for an Employee Engagement Associate to join our internal team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with different people. - Creative, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas for engagement activities and initiatives. - Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and supporting events, campaigns, and community activities. - Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication. - Good attention to detail when maintaining records, databases, reports, and engagement-related information. - Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks and challenges. - Positive, energetic, and people-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in building relationships and community. - Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/entry-level experience are welcome to apply. - Assist the Engagement Team in planning and executing various outreach activities. - Participate in brainstorming and implementing creative engagement initiatives. - Support the organization’s communication efforts, both internally and externally. - Maintain and update engagement databases, records, and reports. - Collaborate with team members to organize and promote events and programs. - Help manage and grow our online presence through social media and other digital platforms. - Adapt to new challenges and tasks as needed to support the team's objectives. - Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company in accordance to the Company’s vision and mission
