Procurement Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) (Up to SGD$700)

They emphasize affordability with a “lowest price guaranteed” promise, catering primarily to corporate and institutional clients, including government agencies like the Singapore Police Force, Prison Service, and Ministry of Defence. Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Chinese suppliers to procure and deliver customized corporate gifts. You will oversee the full supply chain: identifying suppliers, negotiating, cross-borderlogistics and last mile delivery.

- Source for and negotiate aggressively with Chinese suppliers on 1688, securing best terms for products required by the company - Fulfil existing orders, ensuring timely production and delivery - Conduct remote quality checks to ensure goods meet client expectations - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues and tracking disputes - Work closely with sales, ops, and finance for a smooth procurement and fulfilment process

- Fluent Mandarin (written & spoken) for supplier communications - Business English for internal and external communication - Experience with procurement from China preferred - Meticulous, proactive, and an excellent problem solver - Comfortable with cross-border logistics, customs, and fast-paced environments - Good negotiation and communication skills - Able to handle urgent tasks as needed - Any university degree - Background in procurement - Foreign (particularly Chinese) work experience and familiarity with corporate gifts or promotional merchandise industries is a bonus Role Overview - Competitive base pay + performance incentives - Full-time remote position with flexible hours - Opportunity for long-term growth within a rapidly growing business - Candidates should have ready access to a workspace with a laptop/desktop equipped with high-speed internet and UPS (battery/solar/generator)
