Talent Acquistion Specialist (Up to SGD$600) (Competitive Salary)

They are a Singapore-based aquatic services company offering swimming lessons, instructor and lifesaving courses, lifeguard staffing, pool safety management, and aquatic events.

- Hunt down reliable talent – lifeguards and swim coaches - Own the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. - Use creative sourcing methods (social media, referrals, networks) to build strong pipelines. - Be the go-to person for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring journey. - Handle contracts, HR admin, and basic payroll support. - Welcome and onboard new team members so they feel at home from Day 1. - Support staff engagement and retention activities. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and Singapore labor laws. - Collaborate with our Singapore team on people projects and reporting.

- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, or something similar (but skills and attitude matter more!) - Preferably experience in recruitment. If you're new but have a good attitude & are proactive, we welcome you! - Confident in English (spoken & written) - Knows how to connect with people, spot great talent, and keep things organized - A self-starter who’s resourceful, independent, and not afraid to try new things - Someone with positive vibes
