Operations Scheduler (Lifeguard Manpower) (Up to SGD$600)

- Building and managing the lifeguard deployment schedule across every client site - Matching certified lifeguards to the right sites, shifts and requirements - Owning coverage — making sure every contracted site is staffed, every day, with no gaps - Handling last-minute changes — sick calls, no-shows, swaps — and finding replacements fast - Managing lifeguard availability, rosters and working hours - Being the point of contact between our lifeguards and our client sites - Liaising with clients and managing their feedback on our service - Acting on that feedback with our lifeguards — coaching, correcting and managing performance where needed - Tracking certifications so every deployed lifeguard is valid and compliant - Keeping accurate records — timesheets, attendance and deployment logs - Tracking the numbers that matter — coverage rate, time-to-fill, overtime and incidents
