Account Manager (Up to SGD$1,200)

They are a Singaporean company focused on supplying customized corporate gifts for employee welfare, outreach events and recruitment. They are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to manage client enquiries from initial contact through to order confirmation. You will help corporate clients select suitable gifts, advise on customisation and guide them through the purchasing process.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone. - Recommend suitable items and advise on printing and customisation options. - Prepare and send quotations, explain pricing and answer questions about products and order requirements. - Handle client phone calls to clarify requirements. - Follow up on enquiries and quotations, address concerns and close sales. - Coordinate with internal teams to confirm customisation feasibility, cost and delivery timelines. - Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed orders to the production and fulfilment teams.

- Excellent written English, particularly the ability to write clear, professional and accurate client emails. - Fluent spoken English and confidence in taking phone calls and conducting online meetings with corporate clients. - Strong customer service skills, with a patient, responsive and helpful approach. - Ability to understand client needs, recommend suitable products and guide enquiries towards a confirmed order. - Strong attention to detail when handling quotations, quantities, branding requirements and deadlines. - Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously. - Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets for daily work. - Willingness to learn about corporate gifts, materials, printing methods and customisation options. - Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred. Experience in corporate gifts, promotional products or printing is an advantage.
