ELV Sales Estimator (Up to SGD$800) (Competitive Salary)

Role overview We are seeking an ELV Sales Estimator to support our sales and tendering operations. This role is responsible for preparing quotations, sourcing pricing, reviewing client requirements, and ensuring commercial viability of projects. The ideal candidate must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple RFQs and project quotations concurrently.

- Review incoming RFQs, drawings, and project requirements - Prepare quotations and cost summaries for ELV systems - Source supplier pricing and compare quotations - Prepare preliminary BOQs for pricing purposes Issue quotations and revise based on client requirements - Maintain pricing records and cost templates - Convert awarded quotations into Sales Orders - Coordinate internally with project and procurement teams for awarded jobs - Assist in variation pricing and additional works Scope of Systems - CCTV - Access Control - Video Intercom - Intrusion Alarm - Structured Cabling - Fiber Optic Cabling - Turnstiles / Barrier Systems - Smart Security Systems

- 2–5 years experience in ELV/M&E estimating - Able to read technical drawings and specifications - Strong understanding of basic ELV systems - Good costing and commercial awareness - Proficient in Excel and PDF markups - Able to work under tight deadlines - Preferred Experience in Singapore construction / ELV environment - Familiarity with supplier sourcing and pricing - GeBIZ / tendering exposure - KPI - Quotation turnaround speed - Accuracy of pricing - Gross profit protection - Variation conversion rate - Award conversion support
