Company Info
At this company, a sale is only the beginning. What truly matters is how well we deliver on that promise — ensuring every gift, every project, and every detail reflects care, quality, and reliability.
As a Sales Coordinator, you play a critical role in making that happen. You are the bridge between sales, vendors, and operations — ensuring that once a project is
confirmed, everything moves smoothly toward delivery. Beyond just coordination, you play a pivotal role in client retention nurturing existing accounts, anticipating their
next events, and ensuring they stay active with new gifting needs.
You will be someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, acting as a resourceful
problem solver for both internal and external roadblocks, and ensuring that timelines,
details, and expectations stay perfectly aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who likes both organization and creativity — someone
who can manage logistics, navigate CRM systems, and help the team prepare
presentation materials for the next big opportunity.
Job Description
1. Client Retention & Account Growth (Farming)
- Take ownership of client retention by nurturing relationships with existing
accounts.
- Proactively identify new requirements for clients, such as their upcoming events or new gifting needs, ensuring their accounts remain active and engaged.
2. Project Coordination & Operations Alignment
- Manage and track project requirements after sales confirmation to ensure all
details are executed correctly.
- Act as the strict quality control bridge—ensuring exactly what the client needs
perfectly matches with operations and fulfillment capabilities.
3. Proactive Reporting & Problem Solving
- Act as a highly resourceful "Problem Hunter," actively solving both internal and
external bottlenecks before they escalate.
- Provide clear, proactive reporting and constant visibility on project progress to
your superiors and team.
- Give early "heads-up" on any risks or delivery challenges so the team can take
immediate corrective action (no "waiting on an email" excuses)
4. System, CRM & Data Management
- Demonstrate strong tech-savviness by utilizing CRM tools, AI platforms, and
other systems efficiently.
- Download, track, and generate reports or data analytics when required to provide visibility on sales and operational performance.
5. Product & Vendor Sourcing
- Source new products when project requirements demand additional options.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotations, specifications, and delivery
timelines.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure projects remain commercially viable and
profitable, identifying alternative vendors when necessary.
6. Presentation & Campaign Support
- Prepare presentation decks and materials for upcoming campaigns, promotions,
or product launches.
- Support the sales team with curated product ideas for proposals.
Job Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Are Highly Resourceful: You naturally solve problems (both internal and
external) rather than just forwarding them to management.
- Provide Extreme Visibility: You communicate clearly, give proactive updates,
and don’t hesitate to flag issues early.
- Are Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and
data analytics to optimize your workflow.
- Connect the Dots: You easily align client expectations with actual operations
and vendor capabilities.
- Are Detail-Oriented: You take pride in keeping projects organized and retaining
clients through excellent service.
- Handle High Paces: You work well in a fast-moving environment where multiple
projects run simultaneously.
